Heads Up Concussion Institute: University of Winnipeg
The Heads Up Concussion Institute is housed within the Gupta Faculty of Kinesiology and Applied Health at The University of Winnipeg. The institute actively promotes the prevention, management and research of concussions. We work in close collaboration with our Athletic Therapy Clinic staffed by Athletic Therapists and Medical Physicians experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of concussions and associated injuries to the neck followed by appropriate return to sport protocols.

G.F. Strong Rehab Centre – Adolescent Complex Concussion Clinic
The Adolescent Complex Concussion Clinic, part of the Adolescent and Young Adult Outpatient Program, provides interdisciplinary assessment and intervention for adolescents 12 – 17 years or 18 year old in high school diagnosed with a concussion in the past 18 months. The mandate of the clinic is to provide concussion education, symptom assessment and management, and recommendations for Return to Activity and Return to Learn.
